I am a licensed professional counselor with a private practice in Longview, Texas. I hold a Bachelors of Psychology as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.

I help women overcome feelings of shame and lack of self love by working through their subconscious, identifying triggers, regulating their nervous systems, and finding themselves. Leaning on the truth and wisdom of ancient religion, trauma-informed therapies, mindfulness, paganism, mythology, and esotericism, I weave together sessions that are empowering, informative, and honest.

My passion is walking with women through the descent into the underworld of shadow work and finding their way out to meet their authentic self.

The descent of the goddess into the underworld is an ancient archetypal story that is seen repeated in many mythologies and religions. The story illustrates the maiden descending into the underworld to meet the darkness, learn life lessons, and mature into the mother and crone.

The underworld holds the world of the subconscious - the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that we may try to suppress or feel shame around. By traveling into that underworld, confronting those demons, and recognizing there’s nothing to be ashamed of, women can live a life of less anxiety, less fear of judgment, and more authenticity.
