If you’re currently grappling with feelings of not being enough, trouble setting boundaries, anxiety, or have emotionally immature parents, I’d love to explore these topics with you. I’m passionate about helping women find their most authentic selves through trauma processing, nervous system regulation, shadow work, and inner child work.
Understanding ourselves deeply is crucial for personal growth. Exploring how past experiences shape our present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is a key aspect of this journey.
Although we can't change the past, gaining insight allows us to navigate it differently. Effective therapy provides a safe space for reflection, skill-building to cope with intense emotions, and the experience of feeling heard, valued, and inspired.

Counseling services are for Texas residents only and occur in-person or by video call.
Services may be covered by insurance - I currently participate in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and CIGNA.
You will likely have a copay or deductible amount due
90 minute sessions are not billable to insurance, and you will be billed for the additional balance.
After December 2024, I will no longer be participating with insurance and only billing at a self pay rate
Counseling sessions are:
$100 for 50 minutes
$150 for 90 minutes
Spiritual Coaching
If you are interested in exploring the nature of your soul using work in spirituality, I would love to explore these areas further with you. I believe that it requires a holistic view of the human to address the distress, and some of us connect to ourselves more completely through divination, ancestor work, rituals, past life work, and energy healing.
I lean on principles from divine feminine mysticism, divination, ancient wisdom, the occult and mythology. These concepts are not necessarily evidence-based, and are not within the scope of counseling.
Coaching services are designed for individuals who have navigated through trauma therapy processing and are not currently addressing significant mental health concerns such as unmanaged personality disorders, active substance abuse or severe untreated trauma.
Coaching services are:
$100 per 50 minute session
$150 per 90 minute session
For clients both inside and outside of the state of Texas and occur either in person or by video call
